
Requirements
The school has a non-discriminatory admission policy for each department:
Pre School : Ages 2.6 to 5.6 years old
Grade One: Age 6.0 years old
High School One: A graduate of Grade Six
Applicants are admitted on a first-come first-served basis depending on space availability. The class ratio is maintained at 15-20 students to two teachers in each Pre School class. A maximum of 25 students will compose a class in Grades 1-6 and in High School. Students with special needs are admitted according to their readiness for mainstreaming in the class level appropriate to their acquired skills.
A parent who decides to enroll his child should
1. Submit all requirements for admission.
1.1 Fully accomplished registration form.
1.2 Two (2) 2×2 ID pictures.
1.3 Photocopy of birth certificate.
1.4 Medical certificate accomplished by the child’s pediatrician.
1.5 Forms 137-138 for transfer students
2. Secure an Admissions Test Permit.
3. Settle all the necessary school fees for the preferred mode of payment.
4. Secure a list of materials to bring on Day 1.
5. Determine the class schedule and room assignment of the child.
6. Read this Parent Handbook thoroughly and accomplish and detach the Home-School Agreement on the last page for submission to the School Principal before Day One.
7. For home schooling students, secure the set of instructions, syllabus per subject, books and schedule of testing.
