Parents and guardians should notify the school office about any changes in their home and/or office address, the e-mail address, and their contact numbers via the landline and mobile phone units.
Parents and guardians are requested to observe the Office Hours of MSCD. The Office is open from Mondays thru Fridays, and on Saturdays when make-up classes are mandatory. Business transaction will be entertained from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM only.
Parents and guardians may request for an appointment for short conferences with the teacher, if necessary. Parent-teacher dialogues are not allowed during Flag Ceremony and Class Hours. Written messages for the teacher should be placed in the Student Handbook or coursed through the e-mail address and/or mobile phone unit of MSCD.
Parents and guardians are requested to verify from the School Principal the validity of complaints they receive from their children. This will help clarify possible inaccuracy of statements or any misunderstanding between the child and his teacher.
Parents and guardians are requested to leave at the School Office any material they would like to hand to their children while classes are going on.
Parents and guardians may request for a remedial and/or tutorial session for their child at the start of the school year. A separate fee computed on an hourly basis is charged for this service.
Parents and guardians may request for a School Service from the office during the enrollment period. Students will be accommodated on a first-come first-served basis only.
Parents and guardians should be aware of the Class Program of their children so that they will be able to fetch their children promptly after dismissal. Unless notified of shortened class periods, the regular class hours are observed. Parents and guardians who habitually fail to abide by this procedure will be summoned to the Principal’s Office for a conference.
Purchases of books, uniforms, school supplies and food from the School Canteen will be on cash basis only. Promissory notes will not be honored.
